For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Functional Responsibilities:

• work planning and monitoring deadlines of developments;

• the sound budget and risk management of the project;

• coping with project documentation and project reporting;

• management, optimization, motivation of work of the team.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• at least 2-year work experience as a PM of game projects;

• solid knowledge and skills in project management;

• understanding technical and art processes of game development;

• a portfolio of the issued projects;

• ability to set tasks and goals clearly;

• ability to focus on the work results;

• bility to motivate the team and lead it to success;

• desire to create casual games.
