For which tasks (responsibilities)?

As a Senior UX Designer (f/m/x) you are working closely with game designers, developers and artists to craft interfaces that enhance the gaming experience for millions of players. Use your expertise to influence important design decisions and have an impact across Bytro’s entire portfolio.

• Transform game design briefs into intuitive UX designs that function across different platforms

• Produce wireframes, user flows, mockups and interactive prototypes

• Create information architecture layouts and communicate your UX vision to stakeholders

• Analyse existing interfaces and propose improvements

• Maintain consistent UX conventions across each product

• Provide feedback and guidance to developers and UI artists regarding interface creation and implementation

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a UX designer in the gaming industry

• You have a solid understanding of UX design principles, along with a portfolio demonstrating your skills

• You enjoy working on a complex product while staying actively engaged with it

• You understand the technical and design requirements of responsive and adaptive UI, as well as the discrepancies between desktop and mobile interfaces

• You are proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe XD

• You have excellent problem solving skills, able to learn fast and adapt to the needs of your team

• You have strong communication skills in English and you are comfortable working with people from different professional and cultural backgrounds as well as remote teams
