Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a skilled Talent Sourcer to join our team on a freelance or part-time basis. You will be involved in finding the best talent for our mobile product.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

📌 Searching for and attracting talented professionals in game development, design, programming and other related fields.

📌 Conducting interviews and assessing candidates for compliance with project requirements.

📌 Collaborate with the team to identify new hiring needs and create job profiles.

📌 Maintain a candidate database and manage the hiring process.

📌 Use of various platforms to search for candidates (LinkedIn, specialised websites, social networks, etc.).

📌 Participation in the formation of the employer's brand and promotion of the company in the labour market.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

✔️ Experience in sourcing or recruiting , preferably in the gaming industry.

✔️ Fluency in Ukrainian.

✔️ Knowledge of English will be an advantage.

✔️ Ability to work with various tools for searching and evaluating candidates.

✔️ High communication skills and ability to work in a team.

✔️ Independence, organisation and responsibility.
